Dr. Petersen and her team welcome you to Cornerstone Pediatrics and Family Allergy!
We are a small private practice that aims to provide a personal and refreshing experience for your family. We see patients ranging from birth to 21 years of age. We believe continuity and building relationships is important in the overall health of a child and that starts in the hospital and transitions to the clinic. We strive to see urgent care visits on the same day. Our nurses are available to answer any questions during clinic hours and our providers are available after-hours for those urgent questions that come up when the clinic is closed. We follow AAP guidelines regarding well-child visits, growth, developmental milestones and vaccination schedules.

Please have your medical records sent to our clinic prior to your appointment. Complete the release of medical records form below and submit it to the outside clinic to transfer your records to our clinic.
